Position: Marketing Intern
Location: Hybrid
Duration: Summer 2024, 3 months 

About Us:
The Salvadoran American Chamber of Commerce is a leading organization committed to promoting trade, investment, and cultural understanding between El Salvador and the United States. We provide valuable resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy for businesses and professionals looking to engage in bilateral relations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns to promote chamber events, programs, and initiatives.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm innovative marketing strategies and initiatives.
• Support the design and distribution of marketing materials, such as flyers, newsletters, and email campaigns.
• Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, scheduling, and organizing marketing materials.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and social media platforms.
• Creative mindset with a passion for marketing and entrepreneurship.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
